How Anne’s Love may be paid
Participating home-care providers may pay Anne’s Love a sponsorship fee, pilot participation fee or compensation related to expressly opted-in inquiries. A paid relationship will be identified clearly where it is relevant.
What payment does not mean
- Payment does not establish that a provider is the best provider.
- Payment does not create a guarantee of quality, availability, fit or results.
- Participation is not a complete directory of every provider serving an area.
- Anne’s Love does not rank a paying provider above another based on an unsupported quality claim.
- Anne’s Love does not employ, direct or supervise provider personnel.
How family information is shared
Completing the free Care Next-Steps Plan does not authorize sharing with providers. A family must separately request introductions and affirm an unchecked consent statement. When consent is given, Anne’s Love may share the submitted contact information and questionnaire answers with no more than two participating providers that may serve the family’s area.
Provider review and family responsibility
Anne’s Love may review basic provider information for pilot participation, but it does not perform every investigation a family should make. Families should independently confirm current licensing, insurance, worker classification, screening practices, references, rates, contracts, services, availability and suitability.

Complaints and removal
Anne’s Love may decline or remove a participant that is unresponsive, supplies misleading information or generates serious complaints. Removal is a business decision and does not mean Anne’s Love has made a legal or regulatory finding.
