Anne’s Love is reviewing a small group of licensed private-pay home-care agencies for a transparent 90-day pilot serving families in Nassau County.

$249 per month
or $600 prepaid for 90 days after acceptance
Participation is subject to review. Payment does not guarantee inquiries, volume, placement, exclusivity or any “best provider” designation.
What the pilot includes
- A clearly labeled sponsored provider profile.
- Inclusion on appropriate Nassau County resource pages.
- Eligibility for family inquiries that contain express sharing consent.
- No more than two participating providers per family inquiry.
- Visible sponsor and compensation disclosures.
Participation standards
Agencies must provide accurate licensing and service information, describe general pricing and minimum shifts honestly, respond professionally, protect family information and avoid high-pressure claims.
Anne’s Love may decline or remove a provider that is unresponsive, supplies misleading information or generates serious complaints. Anne’s Love does not guarantee the provider’s performance and does not supervise its personnel.
Transparency is part of the product
Sponsored status will be labeled. Families will be told that the network is limited and that participation does not establish that an agency is the best provider.
This pilot is for agencies, not individual caregiver profiles. Anne’s Love is not building a public caregiver marketplace.
