Information we collect
Depending on the form you use, Anne’s Love may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code, relationship to the person needing help, general areas of concern, desired schedule, timing, expected payment method and whether you request provider introductions.
Agency-interest forms may collect agency name, contact details, website, office address, counties served, license information, private-pay availability, dementia-care services, minimum shifts, general pricing, response availability and comments.
Anne’s Love does not ask for Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, medical records or detailed medical histories. Please do not submit them.
How we use information
- to provide the educational plan or checklist you request;
- to respond to contact and agency-interest forms;
- to operate, protect and improve the website;
- to review inquiries and track their status;
- to make a provider introduction only when the separate consent requirements below are met;
- to comply with law and protect rights, safety and site security.
Provider-introduction consent
Requesting a free educational plan does not require agreeing to a provider introduction. The introduction checkbox is separate, unchecked by default and optional.
If you expressly consent, Anne’s Love may share your contact information and questionnaire answers with no more than two participating care providers that may serve your area. Anne’s Love may receive compensation from participating providers. If you do not consent, Anne’s Love will not share your questionnaire information for provider introductions.
Service providers and legal disclosures
Anne’s Love may use technology and hosting providers to operate the site and store submissions. Those providers may process information for the limited purpose of providing their services. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect safety or defend legal rights.
Retention and security
Submissions are stored in owner-restricted systems and retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, operational records and legal obligations. Anne’s Love uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may use the educational site without requesting provider introductions. You may ask Anne’s Love to correct or delete information associated with a submission, subject to legal and operational retention needs, through the contact form.
Children’s privacy
Anne’s Love is designed for adults making care decisions and is not directed to children under 13.

The site links to independent agencies, government resources and nonprofit organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

This policy may be updated as the site and services change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
